Neve di Latte, near the Maxxi contemporary art exhibition centre in the Flaminio area of Rome, half a mile from Piazza del Popolo, was a pleasant discovery. This gelateria was just about organic traditional ice cream made with top quality ingredients, fabulous flavours and no additives. Even the interior was fun to look at, as it seemed like a reproduction of a 1960's milk bar with its pastel colours and quirky artwork. The best flavours I tried were pistacchio and dark chocolate. Delicious!
