“WOW!!! Ciao, Roma!”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

just checked in and already blown away. this place is nothing like any b&b, pension, hostel or guest house i've ever stayed in. first of all, it's immaculate. the rooms, the bathrooms, the living area and kitchen -- all beautiful. there is no place else like this in rome. i guarantee it. the locations is incredible. street parking is free. they have laundry, customized maps, an incredible patio... the owners (andrea & dalia) are young, energetic and friendly. they live nearby and they do this full time. in fact, it's the house andrea grew up in. let's just say they have a definite sentimental "connection" to the place! the list of amenities and advantages could go on forever... 5 euro laundry, free street parking, quiet neighborhood, free wifi, beautiful historic area, beautifully appointed apartment with hardwood floors, modern art and tasteful furnishings, convenient to everything in rome!!! they really thought of everything. i will stay here EVERY time i come to rome. wow!!!

Room Tip: all of the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. the cream room is the largest and brightest.

I stayed with Andrea and Delia over the 4th of July week.
They speak 3 languages; English, French and Italian. Probably more. Their place is clean and in a nice, safe neighborhood - I mean, the police station is just around the corner. You won't have any troubles walking around at 1am. Taxi station is a block away; buses too.
Andrea showed me how to get around (buying a bus ticket at the newsstand or tabbac) and had maps, restaurants, and ideas of what to see. Cheaply.
He even ransacked his wallet for an extra bus pass for me.

And being there in July, it's one of the few places around with air-conditioning.

Room Tip: The White Room is smallest of the rooms, which is where I stayed, and it can comfortably fit two peo...

Greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The garden is wonderful, the kitchen very well equiped (great expresso machine!!) and the morning breakfast items were great. There were eight adults in our group and we were all very comfortable, the beds were also good. Taxi's were convenient. Restaurant just across and down the street was good and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here. The area felt very safe and had a great little outdoor market in the week mornings. Andrea and Delia were really nice and eager to make us welcome and they were very prompt with a few small requests. They were also very kind to allow us to put our bags in early so we could get busy sightseeing after departing the cruise ship. Rome is amazing and a wonderful experience.

This is a wonderful place, ideal for a nice relaxed vacation even if it lasts just few days. The location is great - it's close to the center of Rome (I mean the area where most of the sights are located) - a good connection by public transport, the taxi across the Tiber has reasonable price and besides this distance is pretty walkable for those who like to walk.
The neighbourhood around is very quiet with parks and villas, although there are some bars and wine rooms around, so even the party animals would be satisfied :-)
The apartment with a nice little garden in the courtyard is very neat, clean and beautifully decorated - modern minimal design. It has 4 nicely furnished rooms with spacious bathrooms and a great living room with the breakfast area. There is also a kitchen there, so it's even possible to cook although we decided that extra dry prosecco, olives, proscuitto, bread and tomatoes from the local supermarket were enough for a perfect dinner :-) Besides a few nice family restaurants are just a couple of steps away so one hardly starves there :-)
The hosts are a beautiful young couple, very friendly and helpful. After we had arrived they immediately explained us how to get to the center, where to eat and where to drink and hang around and were so kind to provide us with a heater as it was a bit chilly because of the weather. They even allowed us to stay after check-out time as we had a late flight back and they didn't have another check-ins for that day. So very nice of them!
All in all this is a great accomodation, I strongly recommend it!

I stayed for three nights on a three and half week European trip with my girlfriend and we both agree that was the best hotel experience of the trip. The owner is super nice and they do everything they can to make your experience nice. He loves Jamaican music too :). He told us where to go for some great music and really interesting night life.

I've been there with my boyfriend and with two others friends for a couple of days, it was just terrific! We really loved our holiday there... It is a peaceful and clean place with a perfect location for backpackers, couples, and families, even those with small kids. Can't wait until the next trip to see Delia and Andrea again!
