This is one of the best B&B i have been in Italy, the location is perfect for shopping, for nightlife and of course for visiting the Vatican and the fantascit monuments of Rome.
The room is very clean and full furnished. The area is tranquill and we slept very very good.
Surely we will come back. A special thanks to the owner very very nice.

Room Tip: the yellow room!

This bed and breakfast was a real surprise.

The b&b is literally 3 minute walk from the metro line A. The best one with stops to the major attractions such as S. Pietro (easy to get to by foot), Trevi, Spagna, Coliseum etc..
This is a major benefit and something you definitely want to look for since Rome has just two metro lines and being distant from it means a lot of money going away for taxis or endless walking. Now with the room-

The room was simply superb and in like new condition, with white walls, fridge, plasma tv, furniture everything flawless. The bed was so comfortable, with clean, soft sheets. The bathroom was as good, everything taken care of. We felt a lot "at home" in this place, and there was literally no flaw. The room had also a little terrace. Definitely nothing to complain about, except maybe for the constant traffic of Rome, but then it is about the city not the hotel :D

Looking for a bed in Rome is never an easy task, if you're on a budget. Being one of the top tourist destinations in the world the choice is usually left between far away places in the suburbs and/or run-down shady hotels in the city. This place is a great option, not far, amazing, new and clean. Don't miss it if you want a clean, comfortable place at an acceptable price.

My friend who lives in Rome, helped me select a place to stay for price and location. We were on a strict schedule and needed to be in a great location. This B&B was an absolute gem in Rome. The price was fantastic and the room was absolutely PERFECT.

Let's be honest. You want a clean and comfortable room to sleep and shower in. This was it. The room was comfortable and more than i expected! You are 2 mins away from the friendliest coffee bar for breakfast and metro tickets. The buses to take you to city center are so close, and the metro is also walking distance. 46, and 64!! If you wanted to walk to the vatican you could (just take the bus)

We took a cab 1 night because we had a late dinner and too many drinks! but otherwise not needed.

You are not in city center but you are in a residential area where most people live...and you get it all!

The quirks:
1. You must let the owner know what time you will be there as she does not live on site. if your plane will be delayed due to strike, etc...you should be able to contact her to let her know. (she does not speak any english)
2. Bring earplugs to sleep. Just for quality and because of the location of the road...I do this anyways but it really helped. I slept like a champ.
3. Bring your shampoo etc! You'll need it but if you forget no problem there is a small shop just around the corner!

All in all I loved this b&b and was so comfortable!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for the double room if you are traveling as a couple, they are twin beds but after...
