This is a very quiet hotel near the Via Veneto. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the shower was a really good size. The abundant self-service breakfast offered both sweet and savoury, excellent for all tastes. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a really pleasant stay.

We stayed at Hotel Veneto for four nights in October 2013 and were extremely satisfied with the hotel and the staff there.
The hotel was nice and clean throughout from the foyer right up to our room, even the bathroom was immaculate with a fantastic shower!
Although we are a young couple the staff treated us as well as the other guests, with politeness and respect.
In general the staff were very friendly, attentive and always greeted us with a smile and a "hello" but were not overbearing.
The hotel is fairly close to the centre of Rome, which is ideal as it means many of the sights are within walking distance.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others as a place to stay if they were to visit Rome.
We would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I came to Rome for our 25th wedding anniversary and decided to stay at this sweet hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.....we stayed in room 601 which was fantastic..we had our own outdoor jacuzzi bath which led on from the bathroom and was great to soak in after a long day walking!
Location of the hotel is very good, close to Via Veneto and many major sights and not too far from the Metro station. Continental breakfast at the hotel was good offering a selection of cold meats, pastries and fruit etc and the cappuccino was lovely. The room was always left clean and toiletries replenished daily. We would definitely go back again.

Room Tip: If you want an alfresco Jacuzzi experience ....... Choose room 601 it was lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the Veneto Palace Hotel for 2 nights in September 2013. We were delighted with our room which was clean, comfortable and quaintly decorated. The bathroom was also very clean and equipped with an excellent shower.
The staff were courteous and friendly. They provided us with a map of Rome and pointed out the nearby bus stops. We had purchased a Roma Pass, which included free transport, so used the bus to travel to many of the major sights, sightseeing different areas of Rome enroute. The bus service runs until midnight (some later) so is very useful after a night out in a restaurant.
The hotel is located close to the relaxing Borghese Gardens and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat at the hotel. When in Italy we prefer to use small local cafes for breakfast. There were a few within 5 mins walk of the Veneto Palace, mostly used by the local workers at the nearby embassy and banking offices.

Small family owned hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable bed and clean modern bathroom. Staff is small but exceptionally accommodating. Easy to walk to major attractions (yes you do always run into the Spanish Steps) on a bus line and inexpensive taxi ride. Very close to the peaceful, beautiful Borghese Gardens
