“pizza as you've never eaten”
Reviewed December 14, 2013

pizza can be found everywhere in rome but here you taste what the real pizza is. wood oven, Neapolitan pizza makers, simple and fresh ingredients make of this pizza a unique tasting experience. the place itself is not a 5 star at all but if you're here for the food , pizza quality is worth giving it a try. 45 seconds walking distance from the east rim of the coliseum and facing the Ludus Magnus, the gladiators gym, it is reasonably priced even if located in super tourist area. all in all... go for it, you will not regret it!!!

“Nice pizza from Naples”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

This is a good place to eat decent pizza in Rome. It is truly made at the Naples style, by people from Naples and you can find also "Salsiccia e Friarielli". Despite the appearance of a tourist trap, the service is right, the food delicious and quite a surprise, so close to the Colosseum.

After checking out all of the pizza shops on the back side of the Colosseum, we opted for the Pizza Forum. The service was excellent the was some of the best pizza we ate in all of Italy.

“Microwave pizza”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

A friend of mine recommended me to go to pizza forum because of delicious pizza. We ordered drinks, antipasti and then one pizza for two. We did not get the drinks first, no, not even the antipasti plate, but the pizza!! "Ah, I thought you like to eat pizza and a vegetable plate together.." was the answer of the waitress. The pizza itself was burned, allaround black. And insight cold!!! Did they had some pizza left and we got the piece from two hours ago?? I told the waitress that it is cold and we got the same pizza back, heaten in a microwave (I did not believe her telling me that they put it in the oven). After this experience the antipasti plate came and finally the drinks as well. The vegetables were all burned, not tasty.
Ah, before I forget: it was written in the menu that prosciutto on the pizza- what we got was what austrian call "toastschinken".
To put it in a nutshell: Never again. I would not recommend to eat there

“Try the Pizza Forum, you won't be disappointed!”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

We stopped by here on our way back from the colloseum, and were very happy indeed with our choice. Try the house pizza, the Pizza Forum. It's a square(ish) pizza, with mozzarella / tomato in the middle, and each corner is a mini calzone with a different filling in each. Amazing! 5/5
