This hotel is perfect for a stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard. This includes lcd tv, power shower, safe and double bed.
The rooms are comfortable and have air con. They are situated near to the termini train station making it accessible and easy to travel the city.
On the downside the website says that you can pay for the room using a debit card but when we arrived the man said that was a cash only transaction and refused to accept a card payment. This resulted in us having to get the money from a cash machine incurring a cost to ourselves.
Also when we arrived at the hotel we were left knocking on the door of the hotel and ringing the door bell for 40 mins until somebody came and answered the door and proceeded to tell us we had not rung the bell properly.
Overall the rooms are fantastic and the location is great but the man insisting that we pay in cash only and leaving us outside for so long was unacceptable.
Finally when we were enquiring about facilities at the hotel etc the man claimed to speak little english but he changed to be full English speaking when explaining that I could not use my card and the locations of cash machines in the area
