Obika at FCO is a great airport resturant serving fresh mozzorella di bufala from Campania (the "birth place" of this cheese) . Quite a variety of typical Mozzarella dishes. Service was slow so do not eat there if in a rush to catch a flight , but if you have the time (1 hour) it is a very good high quality restaurant. Every dish was fresh and prepared According to the local (lazio) cousin.
