It was a VERY rainy day, but the tour certainly made our day. Our family (two kids, three adults - mum, dad and nanna) had the BEST time. We walked (but not too far), we ate, we learnt and laughed.
We have been to Rome a number of times, but never like this. We enjoyed seeing a side of Rome that most tourists haven't (you could tell as you walked the streets that it was off the beaten path),
The tour is very professional (we have done free and paid tours through Europe), but with this one you get a bit of everything, including knowledge - how ever can we eat fake gelato again!!!
Thank you for the fun and food!

The Tour is a must to really find the very best in locally made Italian food and how to find the locations and especially what to look out for when shopping.
Kate our guide was brilliant, and we saw not only the food outlets but famous sites in the Testaccio area which is an area I would never have considered visiting in all the times myself or my colleagues have been to Rome.
The explanation of the food and what their role was plus the locations we visited were first class.
If Kate's mom is reading this then your you must be very proud of her as she was a brilliant guide and being previously from England and relatively local to us was an added plus.

A great way to explore the lesser known areas of Rome, our guide was knowledgable and fun. Some different food and wine to try as well as traditional old favourites, a wonderful and sociable evening.

Many thanks to Gianluca and Luna our guides, for an excellent tour. We were really impressed with the whole experience, and thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, and the surprise 'unfoody' bits were very worthwhile and interesting. Our guides were charming and seemed to take a genuine interest in everyone on the tour. Very good value for money, too. Would definitely be interested in other tours from this company. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful day! This tour was the highlight of our trip to Rome. We loved touring Testaccio, a different part of Rome that we would have never experienced, if not for this tour. I am a total foodie and was engrossed in the culture and history of the establishments, surroundings and the food that we tasted....we learned SO much! Thank you, Bo, for your time and talents. To Bo's Mom: you can be very proud of your daughter...she is a delight!!
