“Best Tour the whole trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2013

This was an amazing tour, i went with one of my friends in July and the choice of foods was amazing. Our tour guide francessca was very enthusiastic, funny and informative The food selection was amazing and and the tour was well structured combing food with some lovely sites. When i go to rome i again i will most defitnally be going again for another round of this great tour and would highly recommend thsi tour to anyone. This was great value for money considering how many restaurants we went to. My only advice would be to make sure you are really hungry before you go, because the food is ALOT!!!

“One of the Highlights of Our Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 4, 2013

We just returned from a 2 1/2 week trip to Europe with our three teenagers. We started in Rome and the food tour with Francesca and Bruno was one of our favorite parts! It was intimate, informative, and absolutely delicious! The small group allowed us to meet other people from other parts of the world and to talk quite a lot with our tour guides. The information that was shared by the guides was a very "palatable way" to gain some history of the different areas of Rome (that we walked through.) Thank God we were walking or we would have gained 5 lbs before the night was up!

“Amazing, fun and fab food”

Did the Food Tour with Francesca last night - great fun ! Really interesting tour, with a witty and knowledgeable guide ! Francesca went out of her way to make sure the numerous food stops catered for me as the only veggie in a lovely, friendly group. Saw areas if Rome I have never ventured in to despite this being my third trip. Excellent value - don't eat beforehand and prepare to still feel full at breakfast the next day! ... A perfect way to spend our last night in Rome - thanks Francesca :-)

“Simply Delicious and Fun”

This is how all tours should be conducted - small group, slow paced, lots of interesting history, great food and wine, and opportunities to meet and talk to other tour participants. It's a formula for success. Our trip to Italy was a special vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and this food tour with Bruno was one of the highlights of our trip.

The restaurants, bakeries, and other food and drink stops along the way were well selected and we had the best cappuccino of our vacation on this tour. We appreciated seeing and learning about interesting bits of history regarding certain buildings, churches and neighborhoods that you wouldn't normally hear about in other tours. Thank you Bruno for a wonderful time, we certainly recommend this tour to everyone of any age group.

“Don't miss experiencing the best food in Rome!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 29, 2013

We just returned from a fabulous trip to Rome and our evening with Bruno on this tour was a real treat! He took us to his favorite eating places and we experienced really good quality (and quantity) authentic Italian food at all of our stops! We met people from other countries, enjoyed breaking bread with them, loved the historical places we visited along the pathway to more enticing food, and Bruno was the best guide anyone could ask for.....low key, but oh so personable! It was like visiting the city with an old friend! He wants you to fall in love with the Rome he loves and he expresses that the whole way through the tour. My only advice is to truly come hungry and to pace yourself throughout the evening! (even if you are tempted to take a second helping). By the time we got to the last entree stop, we were all pretty full and it was really hard to bypass some of the mouthwatering dishes passed our way! The bakery was a highlight and of course the gelato and authentic cafe stops were fun and delicious! Don't miss this tour as it is fun, relaxing, informative, and wonderfully tasty!
