This is an amazing experience. I have travelled Europe much and this is the best I've come across. The place is very tastefully done out and spotlessly clean. The owner Evan goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I cannot imagine how it could be better. Well done.

A great place to stay when you're in Rome. The facilities are one apartment with two rooms (one with ensuite bathroom), and a common kitchen/breakfast room. Spotless and very nicely appointed the owner, Evan, is eager to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Ideal for one or two couples, or cozy friends. There is WiFi and the place is quiet.

Note that it is not in central Rome but a 10 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) will take you to Travestere Station from which you can take a commuter train or tram into the city center (10-15 mins). Buy a Rome transit pass (available at the tobacco shop at the train station) and you'll get free travel on the trains, trams and busses within the city.

The accommodation is outside the main centre of Rome, which will only suit those that are willing to catch the bus/tram in. However it means you can escape the crowds and noise.

The room was beautiful and always clean. Evan was very kind and helped us when we had questions.

Breakfast was delicilous and always ready when we woke up.

Try Le tre zucche around the corner - its great!

There is no doubt the B&B is breathtaking when you walk in the front door as it is awash with 30s style and elegance. I stayed in the Marlene Dietrich room with the ensuite bathroom and this room exudes rich charm; however, it is not at all stuffy or unapproachable.
And as for the host, Evan is relaxed and approachable. He is a lovely fellow who is interested in making an unforgettable B&B experience for his guests. He is fun to talk to about tourist plans and experiences, and he is completely concerned about his guests' experiences.
If you want to wake up to the joyful sounds of twittering birds instead of downtown traffic, then B&B30 should be your first choice. It is extremely easy to navigate the bus/tram connections and you will end up in a central downtown location in a short time. It is also a walkable distance from the B&B to the downtown area.
Every morning, a new breakfast experience waits, whether it is delicious cheese and ham or a plethora of sweets from tarts to cakes, or yogurt and fruit and always delightful coffee or tea.
And speaking of food: a gem of a restaurant is mere steps away from the B&B. Le Tre Zucche is highly recommended if you love gorgeous food!

The apartment is very cozy, the interior and furniture are designed with love in style of thirties years. Everything is new. There are just two guest rooms so it is silent. Breakfast is tasty. The owner Evan was very kind to pick us up from the airport, supply us with maps, travel tips and information about the cafes about. It's easy to reach Rome center. The surroundings is quiet and pleasant.
