If you need a hotel for a perfect stay in Rome. The DEKO Hotel is your place.
I arranged a weekend away for my parents and they told me that everything was perfect.
Marco is an excellent host and a great help.
Nice decorated rooms, great locating and great service.

We booked this hotel for a city trip in Rome. As soon as we arrived we felt very welcome. New, clean, modern, good located and ran by 2 great people, that run this hotel with there heart.

The hotel is nearby the spanish steps, trevi fountain and villa Borghese and is in a nice and safe area.

Marco and Serena thank you for the very nice days we spend in your hotel and I am sure if you keep this level of friendliness and hard work that the hotel will be a very great success.

We stayed at Deko Rome for 4 nights. Before arriving, I was a bit worried about
the stay as it was a brand new hotel with no reviews or website yet .But there
was absolutely nothing to worry about.. it turned out to be an amazing stay in
Rome and all due credits to the lovely hosts:Marco and Serena. They are a
perfect combination of a homely and professional hosts.Marco gave us a warm
welcome and provided with lots of useful information about the city.

The hotel is so beautifuly decorated, clean and with all amenities. The selection
of everything in the hotel is so perfect and decent ..right from breakfast
knife,spoons,crockery, bedsheets,chairs,lampshades,cushions,bathroom
accessories, reception desk..the list is endless! Serena , an interior designer
herself has really put her heart and mind in decorating the hotel adding it to the personal and homely touch of our stay.

Location is great.Very close to the famous street Via Veneto and also safe as its located
very near to the US embassy and many other embassies nearby. The bustop is right
down the hotel and both the metro stations (Barberi & Spagna) are 10 mins walking distance.

Many excellent restaurants and cafes are located in 2mins walking distance from
deko rome.Marco has a great taste of food and suggests various amazing &
affordable restaurants depending upon what we wish to eat..even excellent vegeterian restaurants!

Great breakfast is provided in a cutely decorated breakfast room.Rooms, bathrooms very spacious.Comfortable beds, good A/, heating facility, Wifii provided.
Marco, Serena were so generous to offer coffee/juice everytime we came back after a long day of sightseeing in the hot sun!
We had taken a taxi pickup drop through Marco which was good and at a reasonable price.Even the taxi driver, isnspite of the language problem gave us a short city tour on our way from Airport to the hotel!
At the time of leaving the hotel we all were so sad to see off our new friends Marco, Serena and their Deko Rome :(
Overall, a fantastic stay with good memories of Deko Rome.
Thanks a lot of your hospitality and good times which we will cherish forever!

We were quite lucky to have stayed at Deko Rome. We were initally going to stay at Piccola Maison but Georgio recommended that we stay at Deko Rome since it just opened and was more suitable for families with children. I was a bit hesitant at first since there were no reviews and it would have only been in operation for two weeks once we got there. But I had nothing to worry about.

We had a large room on the quieter side of the building. It had a separate bedroom with crib and the living area had a pull-out sofa bed as well. Everything was brand new and working well. There was also air conditioning which we could control and two flat screen TVs. They also provided free wi-fi. The hotel is located on the second floor (third level), and there is an elevator that runs from the first floor (second level) so you do have to climb at least one flight of stairs but it's an easy climb. We were travelling with two children and Marco would help us with the strollers and luggage.

Breakfast was included with the room. It was a very generous breakfast, which included ham, cheese, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, breads, juice, tea/coffee and/or milk. It was so large that we had to tell them not to give us so much! And Serena and Marco would always offer a coffee to us when we returned to the hotel after being out. There is also a small grocery store just below in the same building (Despar). Serena and Marco allowed us to use their microwave to heat up any food for our kids.

The location was very convenient. We were 10 mins from two Metro stations: Spagna and Barberini. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were a 15 min walk away. The hotel is also very close to a park/garden (Villa Borghese) which we visited twice. There are bikes you can rent, a zoo, a small children's area and areas where you can have a picnic or have a nice stroll. There are also some nice restaurants very nearby and a couple of car rental places less than 5 mins away (Europcar and Avis). Serena and Marco provided us with several restaurant suggestions and they were all very good.

The staff and service definitely exceeded our expectations. Deko Rome is a boutique hotel and the "front desk" is available from 7am-9pm. It is a small hotel so the people there are very personable and accessible. If they were not around, we could always contact them by phone, around the clock. But we always found them around and never had to contact them outside hours. They can also arrange for a discounted taxi to the airport if you need one.

In the hotel business, service is what really makes one hotel stand out from another. Deko Rome provided us with great service while we were there. They helped us out in every sense and treated our kids so kindly. Not only did we enjoy our stay at Deko Rome, we also made friends during our stay. Thank you Marco and Serena for your hospitality, kindness and generousity. You made our stay an unforgettable one.

My fiance and I were staying a night in Rome and ended up staying in Deko Rome..in 3 weeks of traveling and staying in 12 cities- this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The rooms were gorgeous and looked like they came right out of a high end designer magazine. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and lots of information. They have great knowledge of the area and can answer any questions you have..recommended a GREAT place for dinner that was delicious and so affordable. We were actually sad the morning we left that we were only staying one day- next time we're in Rome, we're definitely coming back to Deko Rome!

Everything was perfect, I reckon that will be one of my favourite B&B in Rome!
