My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November 2013. It is a small, quiet boutique hotel smack in the middle of a bustling piazza. Interior is elegant, beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, attentive staff, and good breakfast selections. There is a small area to place luggage if you arrive earlier than your room is available - note that it is not locked and can be crowded at times. Staff was very helpful with dining suggestions, directions, maps, and calling taxis on our behalf. There is a lovely multi-level furnished roof-top terrace offering spectacular views and private seating areas to multiple parties; great for self-catered meals, drinks, or finishing up gelato. Rooms are small but comparable to rooms in other major cities, elevator is small but functional, breakfast is plentiful. There are refrigerators in each room however guests are asked not to eat in their rooms.
The hotel is framed by a frozen yogurt shop, a gelato shop and restaurants. Directly around the corner to the right is the piazza with market stalls in the middle framed by restaurants and shops along the perimeter. At night the market disappears and visitors stroll the center and adjacent streets. Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain are all short walks away. It was our nightly stroll.
We enjoyed our stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.More
