Stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The rooms(only about 8 in all since its a small hotel) although small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Metro station Manzoni(Redline - this connects maximum stations) and 20 minutes walk from Termini station. The staff are courteous but do not spaak English very well (which is a common problem in Rome) so I had to use a lot of sign language. A foreign traveller must be aware that no kettle is available in the room which means no bed tea until breakfast time (staff does not approve of carrying tea to room from breakfast room else they charge for it) ; all channels on TV are in Italian only, no complimentary water bottles . The breakfast is a very nice assortment. There is a supermarket, restaurants closeby for dinner and grocery requirements. Overall a good stay.
