We spent 4 nights in RRC in October 2013 and it was a really nice stay! A very good bedroom/bathroom as well as good localization and nice breakfast. We did everything on foot! The staff is really helpful, giving a lot of tips (including a map of good restaurants!) and always ready to any request. We really recommend it!

We had a very nice experience at this hotel, very well located, the girls in charge and the manager couldn't be nicer and helpful, they give you an I pad as soon as you arrive, the rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and the breakfast buffet was a delight full of delicious things.
Without a doubt we would go back to this hotel.

Room Tip: The outside of the building looks very old and needs a remodeling but when you go inside you get a p...

We booked the Residenza RomaCentro for four nights in September, based on the excellent reviews it had received on Trip Advisor and booking.com and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Termini station in a quiet and safe area of Rome near the US Embassy. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, 30 minutes from the Colosseum and just under an hour from the Vatican. We walked everywhere during our stay as we felt this was the best way to see the city, but if you wish to get the Metro, Barberini is a five minute walk from the hotel. Residenza RomaCentro is located in a beautiful residential building with lots of period features. When we arrived, we were greeted by name and given a map of Rome and lots of helpful information regarding the tourist attractions and good areas to eat and drink. Our room was a good size and furnished to a high standard with a large double bed, safe, minibar, air conditioning, large flatscreen TV and even teabags which is unusual to find in a European hotel! We were also given an iPad, which was very handy to have during our stay and the wifi was excellent. Our bathroom was huge with an excellent shower and Jacuzzi bath. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied and included cold meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit juice and coffee. The staff at Residenza RomaCentro were extremely friendly and helpful and even printed off our tickets to the Vatican and allowed us to store our suitcases on our final day for a couple of hours once we had checked out, with no extra charge. We could not fault the Residenza RomaCentro and its staff, it was excellent value for money and we would without doubt recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We stayed at Roma Centro in Aug for 2 nights.

First the things we liked about this place - Excellent service at the reception from extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was good. One surprise element for us was the ipad given for every room.

Now the things we disliked - The location is about 10-12mins walk from the nearest bus or train station. Our biggest grouse though was that the room size was very small, such that fitting 2 big suitcases and trying to walk around the room was a challenge.

We would recommend it only for singles and couples only due to the space constraint and also walking needed.

We went here last July and it was amazing. The breakfast is super, it has everything you could look for in a buffet sort of style in a small cozy kitchen/dining room. We stayed there for four nights. Our AC broke on the second night and when they could not repair it they offered to book us another hotel and help us move but we really liked our place so they got us a very nice fan and did not charge us for bringing us to the airport (which was a very nice car ride). The room was cozy and bathroom was a really good size. The wifi was really amazing on both the ipads they lend you and my own laptop. It is close to a few really nice restaurants we asked the very nice girl working there and she told us awesome out of the way places to go. (and if you are a North American and you are missing home it is a five minute or so walk from a very fancy McD's). It is in a nice neighborhood, right across from the American embassy and I felt safe the whole time we were there. It is up the street from a train entrance and not too far of a walk from everything. We left and had no trouble walking to all of the major tourist sites in one day from our hotel. Also during the walk you see so many amazing things that are never in tourist books because there is so much to see in Rome.

Clean, fresh, nicely decorated, comfortable and friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. This was one of the better hotel rooms that we stayed in during our Europe travels but was also the cheapest in cost. It is a bit of a walk from the main area in Rome but we didn't mind that. It is directly across the road from the American Embassy so is therefore either in the safest or unsafest position in town. We wouldn't hesitate to stay hear again ... a real find :)

I spent five nights at Residenza Roma Centro ( RRC) with my family. We were travelling for our conference EURO'26 in Rome. The all staff were amazing and very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel's location (very close to Via Veneto, Barberini metro station and also Termini station) and decoration were good. The rates were cheap. We will be coming back at our next holiday in Rome, our choice will be RRC.

Greetings from Türkiye,
