We spent a week at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our son got sick on the first day (an infection he brought with him from Chicago) and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every possible way. If you love ancient Rome, this is the place for you...the Circus Maximus, Palatine, and Forum are an easy scramble from the front door.

We spent 10 days at Hotel 47 in Rome at the recommendation of a friend. We were extremely pleased with the total experience. The location of the hotel is perfect and we could walk everywhere from the Forum to Piazza Espana etc. The service at the hotel is beyond words of praise. Every need was taken care of almost instantly and with a smile. Breakfast buffet was included and the room rates were very reasonable. We would definately stay again next time in Rome. Ask for a balcony room, the view was great.

Recently stayed at 47. The hotel and staff are very helpful. Very clean and plush hotel got bedroom with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel, amazing views SCREAMS out history.
Had evening meal in rooftop restaurant first night, food and service 5 star.
Staff will help you in your discovery of this amazing city.
Will be going back to Rome, will definitely use 47 again
