“All you could want on a short value stay”
Reviewed October 30, 2012 via mobile

This place is great. Staff are very knowledgeable and help you with ideas of what to do, where to go and how to navigate the city. This is not even a 5 min walk from the train station. Lovely restaurants around, reception can advise you. Rooms are very basic but clean and have all you need for a short stay. I wouldn't recommend if you are likely to spend a lot of time in your room. Has a fridge/tv/shower-well room 9 did. Enjoy this wonderful city in a very simple, well run hotel.

The location was excellent with all the main sights within a reasonable distance. The reception was open 24 hours and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little small however more than adequate for a 4 night stay with a comfortable bed, wardrobe space and an amazing shower. The room and the rest of the hotel was clean and the decor was modern. The breakfast was fair with warm pastries and good coffee. There was no fruit as advertised on their website.

The Hotel is on the Via Nazionale, so it is very noisy. However the window is pvc and closing it helps a lot. Wi-Fi is weak, limited (covers only reception area) and sometimes unavailable.

Wi fi was only available in the reception area.
Room was located next to reception and breakfast area and We were woken before 8am every Morning due to noise of breakfast being set up by staff and loud talking.
No English satellite changes were available.

Hotel's location was good, we were able to walk everywhere. Room was small but it didn't matter. Bathroom was nice and clean. The only negative thing was the noise during nights and mornings: walls are thin like paper. We had to buy earplugs.
