When we checked in - we complained about the airconditioning. It's summer in Rome so you could imagine how hot it is there now. The lady in the reception told us - she will transfer us to another room the next day. It was hot and we asked her if she could do something about it- she said to open the windows and doors! Do you do that in hotels? Why not provide an electric fan?
The next day, we asked the man in the reception regarding our transfer and he said it will be the same for the other rooms as well. It will still be hot. He was very rude - he seems mad that we had to complain about our room being hot! It seems that, it was now our problem that the whole hotel did not have an airconditioning. We were supposed to stay for 2 more nights but we checked out right there and then and transferred to a nearby hotel. If theres a score of zero, thats definitely what Im going to give this hotel.More
