We had the full tasting menu which kept us in our seats for about 4 hours. We were reccomended a bottle of red and white wine for around 70eu that were great accompaniments to the varied food we had. All sorts of highlights to the food - smoked bread and olive oil ice cream, fois gras cherrys, spaghetti with oyster cream and squid ink powder (!!); carbonara egg ( with a packet of posh pork scratchings to crumble over); iberico pork & plum sauce . Challenging, inventive food without being too gimmicky; relaxed but attentive service in a very stylish room. Splendid.
