Good location. Breakfast reasonable.
The room we had for our 3 night stay had a tiny shower, I could literally elbow all 4 corners from the centre of the shower.
Metro could still be heard from the first floor, and noisy outside until after 1a.m. No wi fi in our room. Had to go to reception area. Cost 2 euro for 20 hours.
Overall still good value for the money for the location.

Thanks for the review.
Spaces and Noise is the problem of the hotels in the center of Rome.
For the wi-fi we solved the problem due to interference.
Thanks again for the review.

We spent 4 nights here in May, got a tiny room on the 5th floor. Staff were helpful and friendly, and location was excellent and we didn't spend much time in the room, which was a good thing because it was only big enough for a double bed, bath room was more like a closet.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Patria, the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.Continental breakfast was sufficient, the room was basic but clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to all major attractions if you dont mind a good walk. I would stay here again.

the room was very nice, well equipped, being cleaned every day at the level of 5 stars hotel.
you get a realy good map at the hotel, much more accurate and easy to take then the one i bought.
breakfast was good and enough.
the only thing is that some of the stuff weren't so nice.. so sometimes it made the atmosphere of staying there unpleasent.
location is good, but as every where around the center and the atractions.
close by there is a very nice Irish pub style that serves also Italian food.
oh- annoying thing- you need to pay for wi-fi. wheres many cafe's have free wi-fi. i suggest pay for 20 hours, not for a week, and stop the time when you go out (then you can use it form time to time).

Thanks for the review.
We are very pleased that the service offered by our hotel you liked.
I apologize if some of us did not make the atmosphere beautiful and cheerful, i think it's just a matter of shyness.
I hope this has not caused problems for his stay.
Thanks

We spent a weekend there and were pretty happy with this hotel. Close to Termini station and on walking distance to every attraction of the center, we barely used transports at all.

The reception staff was wonderful and helped us with everything with great explanations of any question we could have. The rooms were basic, comfortable and really clean. The mattress was probably too old and uncomfortable, but that's the only bad point of the hotel.

Breakfast was good and in general we were really comfortable in here. I would recommend it.

We recently spent 7 nights at the Hotel Patria with another couple. The hotel front desk staff was very helpful and gave us directions for visiting places around Rome. We were also able to book 3 day trips to other sites in Italy through the front desk staff. The location is a plus - right off the Via Nationale and close to the Termini and Metro stations. The elevator, room, bed and bath were very small according to American hotel standards, and because of the city location, it could be noisy at night. However, the property is very clean and was an excellent choice for us. The room rate included breakfast each morning. There was always hot coffee, expresso, a variety of pastries, lunchmeat, yogurt, juice and 2 dry cereal choices. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Patria and would stay there again.
