“AVOID THIS HOTEL ,VERY BAD RECEPTION STAFF”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

I stayed at this hotel for one night .The staff at the front desk treats you as if you are a begger or they are offering you the room for free. They are the worst in all rome hotels frowning all the time , not smiling , not welcoming , very bad behavior as if the boss is not paying them well or simply they look like they hate the whole world. I booked a single room and they offered me a very small room with very old dirty blanket full of dust for 120 Euro per night . The room was probably used for storage before they decide to convert it to a hotel room. The chair with its pale green velvet had stains every where. When I told the receptionist that I did not like the room , they offered another room with no big difference than the first room. TO ALL VISITORS TO ROME , PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL.

Although the hotel was in a great location near train station, the front desk was less than helpful during the check in process or in addressing any travel questions. The room reservations were not initially followed. The front desk clerk argued when there was a problem with whether the room's heating or air conditioning unit was working, but finally acquiesed to change the room.
On the positive side, the breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean. THe bathrooms were renovated.

We've stayed in Rome before and this location trumps them all. It's within walking distance to so many sights and the HOHO buses are just up the street. Termini is a giant food court if you are looking for a quick place to eat. Rooms were clean, quiet and large-sized and buffet breakfast had a nice selection. Yes, the old man at the front desk was grumpy but one person does not make this hotel a bad experience. We highly recommend it.

We stayed it this very nice hotel when we visited Rome. The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to St Maria Maggiore, St Peter in chains and not that far to the colluseum. If you want you can even walk to the spanish steps. The staff was very accomdating, even when my cousin blew the circuits in his room, they immediately responded. In addition the restaurants in the area were great we had pizza for lunch in a small street cafe right near the church. Also, the roof top bar/lounge has great view.

Literally a few steps from Roma Termini Railway Station (and therefore handy to/from the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino Airport, as well).
An antique roman setting with all (ALL) modern comforts.
Being the highest building in the area, the 10th floor suites are "over the top", by all means!

The Hotel is centrally located within walking distance of most sights. The older gentlemman at the chekin desk was a bit grumpy but all in all the hotle was great. Very clean and well appointed.
Breakfast was good but i felt rushed. lots of tour groups there and the trunover was tremendous.
