I stayed here for ten nights in early Sept. 2019. The hotel is fabulous. The service is amazing. The location is great and my view of the church across the street was spectacular. Our suite had a butler who consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. She even packed me gluten free snacks for the day several days where we had long and busy days planned. Everyone truly went out of their way to make my first trip to Rome special.

We just got back from a week in Rome. Our family group of 10 people stayed at the St. Regis, and could not have been more pleased. The rooms were elegant, clean, silent, and so comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous. All the staff members were so kind and friendly, especially Carolina, Giada, Gian Luca, and Gian Carlo at breakfast. They made us feel welcomed and at home every morning. My eggs were the best eggs I've ever had; thank you to the friendly chef whose name I didn't get. Would come back here for sure and hope to do so someday.

Hotel was nice and clean, the food was wow I ordered salmon fish and it was amazing, service was good, the marble in the hotel it’s make you feel that you are in a palace the location its near to all tourist places.

From the moment, my husband and I (Both Bonvoy Titanium members) arrived at the breakfast restaurant at your beautiful hotel we were struck by the cheerfulness and commitment of  Mr. Giancarlo P. he was so happy to be at work even though it was Christmas day.  During our stay at the hotel, Giancarlo not only made our days brighter by giving us the best coffee with a smile but also greeted us when we returned with so much attention. Of the many St. Regis we are blessed to visit we have appreciated the most to interact with a team member like Giancarlo with his dedication and commitment to the Saint Regis brand, Cesar Ritz would honor his work ethic. We hope to return to St Regis in Rome which made us feel almost as if we were home.

Room tip: ask for a room with the view of the main street

This was my first time at the at regis Rome. It was a good hotel with good location, however in comparison with other st regis hotels this was below my expectations.
My biggest disappointment was with the house keeping.
