Hotel’s first impression is not impressive as tiny reception area but rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to the Parthenon and the Trevi Fountain also close to bus route. Centrally situated and within walking distance to many other tourist sights. An affordable hotel.

I found the staff very pleasant and accomadating .The room was clean but in need of repair. Thermostat needed replacing as pads were missing and toilet did not flush properly. Television did not have anyEnglishmovie channels just CNN and BBC news

Terrible experience with hotel management. Was booked into hotel for Expat tour. Tried to book a day early and accidentally hit wrong date. Immediately contacted hotel to change and was told in no uncertain terms the booking would not be changed and I would have to rebook and pay another night. My mistake to start with but I was not cancelling completely. I just wanted the date changed and was prepared to pay extra if needed. They have no concept of customer service. I instead booked at the hotel Ritz around the corner and they were sensational and the hotel facilities were much nicer.

Room tip: Stay around the corner at the Ritz.

We arrived to expect this 4 star hotel and it is extremely hot , manager said no hotel is allowed to go under a hot temperature then showed me the master screen that showed rooms much cooler. Being comfortable would make it easier to overlook the dirt ! , lack of a small table to put your things and the literally yellowed old hair dryer and extremely rude manager. See pics. Dirty and very outdated. Should have seen they had 99 “terrible “ reviews. Booked in a package through Travelocity. Bad move.

Stayed as part of a top deck tour. Room was on the 9th floor but road noise was still very loud. Balcony doors don’t lock, and curtains don’t close (only the see through curtains went the whole way) leading to a lot of light entering the room in the morning. Very dated and stale. Would not stay again.
