Wonderful meal tonight at this out of the way hidden gem. Our B&B owner recommended the osteria since we arrived in town late and it was close by. The antipasti of the day were creative, fresh and bursting with flavor. Caprese with a fresh tomato coulis, arrancini (three types) and a timbale of eggplant and fresh cherry tomatoes. The primi course was superb, we had amatriciana, cacio pepe with porcini, carbonara and a pesto with bacala. A fresh Frascati accompanied the meal. We were treated with the right amount of attention and privacy. Would heartily recommend this establishment to all who are looking for authentic Roman cuisine with a new flair.
