“Perfect place for tourists”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2013

This was the most perfect place to stay if you want to go touring around all the main sites in Rome. Firstly, it's location! Wow. Right in the middle of everything. We actually walked to the Vatican and the Colosseum - all the other key sites were within much easier walking distance. Secondly, I couldn't rate the staff more highly. No matter what our query, they were able to help and they were so pleasant. We didn't pre-order breakfast beforehand, but when we got there, we found that it was better value to eat breakfast at the hotel and be ready for the day ahead than to go elsewhere. The room was relatively small, but very very clean and very quiet as well, so we had great sleeps! Absolutely brillilant.

Room Tip: Book a room at the back - it's lovely and quiet.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with each and every question we had. The accommodations were perfect, clean comfortable safe and reasonably priced. The nearby piazza Navona is convenient for dinner and evening strolls, bus access very close and the Trevi fountain and other sights are within walking distance.

We booked a triple room in Hotel Navona for 5 nights in September 2013 but the day before we traveled we were upgraded to a three bed apartment in Via Gracchi. It was not as central as the hotel but the weather was fantastic,we were five minutes from the Vatican and we loved walking.
The apartment itself was pure luxury, I would highly recommend it. It is a beautiful apartment, huge living room, a dining room, kitchen bountifully stocked and equipped. There were three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a childs room with extra foldup bed. It had a coffee machine that the girls loved, dishwasher etc. It has a large bathroom and separate shower room. The supermarket is next door to the apartment block and there are lovely shopping streets each side of it, plenty of lovely restaurants all around as well. It was a pleasure staying there and we would go again and use it.

Room Tip: The apartment was very quiet for Rome, we all slept very well. It was on the fifth floor.

A great little hotel in a great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super and made skip-line reservations for us at the Coliseum and Vatican. Also very helpful with dinner recommendations. We opted out of the breakfast, however, and walked to a coffee/pastry shop near the Pantheon.

A very nice little hotel I found on Tripadvisor. Walking distance to all major sites in Rome. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Nice neighborhood, never a concern walking home from our nightly activities.

My friend and I just returned from our first trip to Rome and we had the most delightful stay at the Hotel Navona. The staff was extremely helpful and always polite. They made arrangements to and from the airport for us and even fit us in at the last minute when we returned to Rome for an extra night. The location of this hotel is FABULOUS. I will make this my go to hotel when I return to Rome.

A lovely little hotel. The room was small, but than again, we weren't planning on spending hours in there, just somewhere to put our downs down. The main thing for us is a clean room and location. The bathroom is also tiny!

The location is good. Most of the attractions are within walking distance of hotel. Staff are helpful. We would stay here again.
