“Great location and service.”
Reviewed July 8, 2011

Francesco took great care of us. He provided us with maps, public transportation info, and called on our behalf to activate our Roma Passes. The BandB is well kept and Francesco speaks English well. The only downside is that the bathroom is not private, but is shared among guests. The location is great with quick access to public transportation, restaurants, etc. We stayed in the room with the balcony and, personally, I think it was more than worth the extra $5 Euros/nt versus the room without a balcony. If you stay here, make sure to go to Bros Ristorante and Pizzeria (right across the street on the corner) and order the Capricciosa pizza. It was the best we had in all of our 2 wks in Italy.

My wife and I and two teenage children rented the two bedroom appartment in late May for 4 nights. The owner, who spoke good English, met us late on Sunday evening and was very accomodating. He assisted us with bus and train routes. The appartment is a short bus ride from the Vatican or a trolley car right to the Pantheon. Breakfast was very good and served when we wanted and consisted of pastries, breads, yogert, cererals and coffee, juice and milk. The bedrooms and bathroom were elegant, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was friendly and had numerous restraurants nearby and shopping within a short walk. If we return to Rome we would certainly stay here again.

I have been many times to Rome, and stayed in varied locations. From now on I will never stay anywhere else than in Loggetta di Trastevere.
The location is perfect, in the middle of beautiful Trastevere, but on a road off from the most noisy and touristic parts. The appartment, consisting of two newly renovated rooms and a kitchen is situated in a beautiful building and you feel like a true Roman entering the gates. The style of the appartment is very fresh and much better than any unpersonal hotel. You may hesitate about the shared bathroom, but it is definitely no problem. The bathroom is also very fresh and nice and it is cleaned every day.
The service is more than brilliant. Francesco, who runs the place, is extremely nice and polite - he has a good sense for what level of contact you are interested in. He is also very helpful and one feels free to ask about just anything. He arranges breakfast at your time desired, and the fridge is provided with beers and sodas.
Towels and linen are provided, very styly sones, and are changed every second day.
Well, I really don't know what to say - it is without doubt the best place and to a more than reasonable price!!

the bedroom was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with great coffee to kick start your day. The location was also good and strategic.
Our stay was special here because of our hosts who made it so. We have found a gem of a place to stay and will definitely be back in the near future........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Stayed here for two nights on my part of my travels through Italy. For the price, size, and cleanliness, this place was my best experience on the trip. I like the neighborhood, good to walk to things. Francesco was a great help for me, and I will try to come back for sure. The one thing is that you should know a little bit of Italian since Francesco only knows a little bit of English. Thanks for putting up with my broken Italian!
Highly recommended!
