“Great Rome Private Tour”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

Our trip to Rome was one of the best holidays ever and this was only made possible with our wonderful guide Tatiana. With her in depth knowledge and fluent English, we were able to fully understand and appreciate the rich culture and history of Rome. Whether it is the paintings in the Vantican or the structure of the Coliseum, she’ll always explain it fully and in depth.
We five persons met Tatiana outside the Vatican City and preceded inside, passing crowds that had been lining up for 1 or 2 hours. I must say that Tatiana was really amazing with our kids. She delivered great explanations to all their questions, and we had a very nice time as well. Every minute of the tour was well planned. We talked about the origins of the city and its emperors, the soldiers and the Roman Army, its architects and engineers. Tatiana was really good at explaining things to us adults while also taking the time to talk about Rome's fun facts with our kids; she used books, maps, and pictures on her iPad which really helped bringing the Roman Ruins back to life!
Too soon our 7 hours day tour came to a close. This was a dream tour of Rome on the 14rd of September 2013. We could not have had a better guide to tour Rome. Tatiana has to be the best in Rome and I would suggest if you are going to do a private tour of Rome, you contact her. I have total confidence that you would be in good hands.

“Rome Walking Tour with Sergio”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

We had no idea that Rome is such a walkable city. We took a half-day walking tour with Sergio and found that it was easy to cover many of the highlights of what Rome has to offer in that time. Of course, if we had more time, we would have been able to see lots more. Sergio put the city into perspective by offering the historical background for each of the sites we visited. He also showed us important artworks hidden away in the many churches of Rome. Next time in Rome, we will be sure to contact Sergio.

“Excellent Walking Tour”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

We booked a full-day walking tour of Rome during our cruise stop. Advance communications from Sergio were excellent, including instructions on how to take the train from port to Rome. Our guide, Ewa, met us at the train station and we embarked upon a wonderful day of seeing the major sights - from the Coliseum and Forum to the Trevi Fountain and Vatican. Ewa shared great historical knowledge and was extremely pleasant! This walking tour convinced me that a 3-4 day visit to Rome should be next on my travel agenda and I will definitely use Sergio and Ewa for a more in-depth Rome experience! Highly recommended!

“Lara is a Gem!”
Reviewed July 23, 2012 via mobile

Our morning at the Colosseum and forum in the intense July heat with Lara was the highlight of our trip. Lara communicated with us superbly before we meet and we were delighted that we had printed off and paid for our tickets before we left home as the queue was enormous. Our 6 year old son loved Lara and she made him feel special and very much the centre of things, without dumbing down the information for us. As parents we would have struggled to hold our son's attention the way Lara did. I have no hesitation in recommending Lara if you are looking for that extra special guide. She is a gem!
