Pascia Room & Breakfast is a perfect place to stay! It is very home like and cozy, the rooms are very beautiful and clean. It is even better than a hotel as there is a kitchen/small living room where you can sit & drink & eat in the evening or in the morning. There is also a big terrace where you can have breakfast (and we even had a private balcony in our room). The host (Cristina) is so friendly and nice that we felt at home from the very first moment. She shared all the information about the city with us and is very helpful and eager to answer all the questions the guests may have and is a pleasure just to talk to. I would recommend to everyone to choose this B&B when staying in Rome and would definitely stay there again next time. The location of the B&B is also quite convenient - you can easily get there by tram almost anytime of the day or night.

Room Tip: The purple room doesn't have an en suite bathroom (though it was not a problem - there are not m...

We stayed at Pascia for 4 days in October and from the moment we stepped in we felt at home, a very thorough explanation of the various ways to travel around Rome was given by Marco, including some great tips for restaurants. Cristina also provided a great help with everything from booking Vatican tickets to ordering a taxi for our early start for the airport (also accompanied with breakfast to go!)

The whole place was spotless, we stayed in the green room which has it's own bathroom and was very nicely decorated and the sheets made it feel as though I was sleeping in my own bed at home which was great. We were out exploring most of the time during the day and on the tram/bus journeys at night it was nice to know we were heading back to such a cosy place to rest.

We visited Necci and Mr Manzo for Dinner, which are both very close by, and the food and atmosphere at both felt more authentic and the quality was better than the majority of restaurants in the city centre, for very reasonable prices (I won't go into too much detail though as it would some of the fun/adventure away).

All in all we would highly recommend Pascia and if we visit Rome again in the future, we would definitely stop here again, thank you to Christina, Marco and his wife for a making our holiday even more enjoyable.

Pascia Room & Breakfast, I found to be a very charming and well worth place to stay at for the budget minded traveller. It gives that little home from home feeling and you get like minded guests for Breakfast. The hosts Marco, his sister and Cristina are so friendly and more than helpful to answer any queries about your stay or of Rome. The location may be slightly of the well trodden tourist routes but in an area that offers some unknown delights of Rome. It's a must try place and is in my list of places to stay when next in Rome.

Very good welcome by Marco (or Cristina) who will explain you the best way to go everywhere with a map and will look for all the informations you'll ask him (how to get there, places to see not too far, where you can eat good and typical italian food..). My room was big, with a private access to the terrace, tv and wifi. Shared bathroom also very clean. A generous breakfast is served on the morning either on the terrace or inside.
I prefer walking and you should know that Pascia room is a little bit far from the historic center by walk, around 1hour until the coliseum. But by tram it's very easy to go to termini station (only 15 minutes). The district is very noisy on the day but as soon as the tram stop on the night it becomes more quite.

As we first read the excellent reviews here at tripadvisor we were a bit suspicious because it sounded to good to be true. But now that we have been there we totally agree!!! This B&B is awsome and we consider it a hidden gem in Rome. We had such a great time at Pascià. Marco and Cristina, the owners of the place, were overwhelmingly kind and helpful and we really loved coming "home" after a busy day discovering Rome :D
Entering Pascià you find yourself in a little lounge area where you can sit together in the evening and relax or surf in the internet. It was no problem to buy some food and wine in the supermarket, which is 2 minutes away, and leave it in the fridge provided in the kitchen. Also there is a stovetop provided and some dishes if you want to cook in the evening or eat a pizza at the terrace. In the morning we always enjoyed having breakfast at the very nice terrace while planing our day in Rome. The cappuccino, Cristina or Marco makes, is a masterpiece... But we couldn't decide who makes the better one... that, you have to find out yourself.
Marco and/or Cristina are present every morning, providing conversation, breakfast and advice.
The Rooms are very romantic. They are cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels. There is airconditioning in every room so you can adjust the temperature and even the humidity of the room to your linking.
We booked a room with a bathroom in it. There are two of such rooms available at Pascià. The other three rooms share one bathroom which is also very clean and spacious.
From Pascià it is very easy to reach every point of interest in Rome, as there are several Tram and Bus stops nearby. (In about 10 to 15min. you are in the very centre of Rome).

To conclude, we will definitely come back to Pascià for our next Rome trip and we would certainly recommend this B&B to everyone planning to spend some days in Rome, as the extraordinary customer service and kindness of the people running this place adds up to the experience of this beautiful amazing city and makes it perfect.

We booked this place from the good reviews on the internet and were noy disappointed. From the start we were treated like old friends rather than customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Cristina went out of her way to get extra information, give advice and make bookings for us. The only question to be answered is who makes the better coffee her or Marco (I vote Cristina!!!).

Room Tip: Go to the excellent local restaurants

This B&B is an apartment that has been converted into a delightful oasis where you can rest your head after running around Rome all day. Immediately upon booking, Marco, one of the owners, will email and can provide detailed instructions on getting there. After taking a tram from the central station, you enter a red gate and can be buzzed in. Immediately, Marco sat my friend and I down to explain where everything was in Rome and how to get around, which was extremely helpful considering the magnitude of such an ancient city. Our room was perfectly clean and the decor was relaxing and tasteful. While two rooms have private bathrooms, the other three rooms do not and we had one of those three. The shared bathroom was extremely clean and spacious, and we had no problems sharing it with the other guests. There is a small lounge area (computer available for guest use) and kitchenette (minifridge and stovetop available, along with basic utensils and some dishes), and a lovely terrace. There's additionally wifi and air conditioning. Marco and/or Cristine are present every morning, providing breakfast, conversation, and advice. Pascia is a bit removed from the center of Rome, allowing you a quieter night, but the main attractions can be easily reached by bus and the metro (consider investing in a Roma Pass!). Overall, it was the perfect place for my friend and I, and was by far the best accommodations we met with during our month wandering Europe.
