Average food: 3 shrimps in a shrimp pasta, other dishes were just ok
The waitress very slow: she brought bread from the house after the apperizer, waited for water 20 mins, for food 50 min.
The owner was nicer but did not serve the english speaking people - so we were stucked with the waitress -(
We were bot told about specialities ... The food was average..

I was in Rome with a fairly large group of people and this was the first restaurant we ate at since it was so close to our hotel on Candia. It was one of the best meals of the trip. I had home-made ravioli with gorgonzola cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The meat and patatoes was also delicious! The prices were honest and I was sad that I did not get the chance to return before we left.

Close to the Vatican but off the beaten track. This is a quiet little place with good food. We recommend the lamb dish and the pizza. Don't miss: the divine tiramisu.

Read the review for this place on trip advisor and went to give it a go. Location very nice, welcoming waiter, wide ranging menu. It wasnt at all busy for a Friday night so reservation prob not necessary. Decided to have fish which was so overcooked it was dry and burnt. I am fairly sure it was pre cooked and reheated. Had prawns to start with that were reasonable. The carciofi certainly were reheated being dry, not crispy at all and tasted vaguely metallic. Not a pleasant experience - possibly the worst meal I have ever had in Rome - been here for several years. Certainly to be avoided.
