This is another must-see of Rome. It's very crowded day and night (we were there twice). It's a bit lost in the winding streets, but you can hear the fountain from rather far because of the mass of water falling there. The most important thing is to watch out your bags, as theft is so common in packed areas like this. And I would say - go there twice - to see it at night and during the daytime. It's beautiful. If you make it through the crowd you'll come up close enough to sit down and just watch people around, it helps after long walks around the city. And of course - time for miracle :). Don't forget to throw the coin into the water. The trick is - stand with your back to the fountain and throw the coin with your right hand and over your left sholder. Another "legend" that I was told is as follows: one coin - to come back to Rome, the second coin thrown - to remain in Italy, and the third one, single ladies attention! - to marry an italian. Time will show how true this is :).
