Just a regular river, nothing impressive here...not very wide, pretty dirty water.A walk alongside its banks could be agreable in a sunny day.Like points of interest I notice Ponte Sant'Angelo-an beautiful ancient bridge, solely pedestrian and Tiberina island,an little island about 270m long and 67m wide(there are 2 bridges that connects the island with both of banks).

It is fun to take a break from busy touring to just sit and watch the people on the river. The river is situated between Vatican City

The River flows through the centre of Rome and a number of bridges connect both sides of the city and great sight to watch the River when one travels across the bridges.Nice to have a walk along the river in case one can afford the time.It adds to the glory of Rome.

Perfecet for a walk beside the Tiber-river.
There are many possibilities to have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere.
We went to a bar directly under the bridge, and could enjoy the awesome panorama.

the river runs through the center of rome, and has many bridges spanning it. Not much has been done with it, but then i am from san antonio, and my frame of reference is the River Walk. That being said, it could be such a tremendous sight, with a little more development.
