“Looks Like a Wedding Cake”
Reviewed November 1, 2012

Didn't really go in here. Difficult with prams. But standing outside this thing is huger than huge. How in the world did they build this and put those statutes on top. You can even see it from Villa Borghese which is probably 5km away????? Anyway its as white as white can be and literally looks like a 4tiered wedding cake. The statures around the side are also amazing and the details.

“One of the best views in Rome!”
Reviewed October 28, 2012 via mobile

This definitely a place you should visit when in Rome! It's fantastic! And if you look at end on the road aside you have the colosseum!

“Terrific views”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

Amazing views of the enormous marble monument with the colosseum in the distance, but watch out for the insane traffic in the hectic spot, especially during rush hour

“The Wedding Cake”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

This is an awesome site and one you can not miss. Wonderful bronze figures to the front and on the top of the building. Their is a a place you can eat and drink half way up the building as you enter from the rear and you can get a lift to the top of the building (costs about Euro 7 per adult) but is well worth it for the views and opportunity to get some great pictures of the city. Whilst visiting this fantastic site, you must visit the Church at the rear of the building, it is beautiful and you will not regret doing this.
