It's a bit of a climb or walk and can really only be approached from one side but it offers, undoubtedly, the very best views over the Forum area. Certainly worth the steps to get to the main viewing platform.
Was awesome still alot of people but plenty of room to move around and sights are awesome gives you a good look back in time well worth a visit
Worth a short stroll up the hill, fantastic views of the Forum and Colosseum. You get to see just how expansive the Forum actually is.
The Palatine Hill/Roman Forum is something that you should definitely visit after a trip to the Colosseum for a glimpse into the past. Same as in my review of the Roman Forum, it's a glimpse into the way that things were for people, just like us, thousands of years ago. Don't miss it.
Apparently only a fraction of what once was remains today but it's pretty impressive what they achieved so long ago. The views are amazing!
