Four of us dined at Sensus and were not disappointed. There are several 'traditional' items on the menu (like the cacio e pepe which was very good), but what stood out were the specials. The tuna tartare amuse bouche started the meal beautifully. We had the fish as well as the eggplant ravioli, which were truly the best things we ate in Rome. The grilled vegetables that accompanied the Mediterranean mixed fish and vegetables were cooked perfectly. The highlight of the meal came near the end when Carlo treated us to his homemade limoncello. While beautifully decorated with crystal chandelier and linens we felt like we dining in a friend's kitchen. A terrific experience!!
