I don't really get the attraction of this place, but it was beautiful!! There were a ton of people there, but it was not uncomfortable (I hate big crowds). It was featured in some movie, but I didn't see the movie, so maybe I would have liked it more if I had seen that movie

If you miss this when in Rome, you’re a fool.
Because there is something so magical about Trevi Fountain.
We visited late, late at night when it wasn’t busy so we could appreciate it in all its glory while it was lit up but then we also visited it in the day. I must warn you it is VERY busy during the day and good luck trying to get to the front of the fountain. But if you do, throw a coin in for good luck and I hope your wish comes true.

The Trevi Fountain is beautiful and we visited both during the day and at night when it was all lit up, throwing the customary coin into the fountain. A wonderful experience but its very busy all the time. The only negative being people constantly trying to sell you scarves, selfie sticks etc. Not to be missed as one of our highlights of Rome.

Beautiful & totally worth the busy crowds to see in all its glory. The statues are so detailed and beautifully carved.

Seeing Trevi Fountain should be on any list when visiting Rome. Make sure to go in the evening so you can see the Fountain all aglow. Be prepared for a crowd! But if you are patient, you can make your way to the front and toss your coin in for a wish. There are countless shops in the neighborhood to combine the Fountain with some shopping.

Over the top baroque fountain with gigantic mythical beasts. That's if you can elbow through all the selfie-takers to get a view. Thanfully, to the right of the fountain is a fantastic ice cream shop for you as a consolation prize.

Had visited the Trevi Fountain many years ago. I somehow remember it being quieter than the present fountain.

In the way to the fountain you are accosted by a number of hawkers - it does get a bit tiresome.

When you get to the fountain. It is spectacular. It is worth while finding somewhere to sit and watch the fountains and also all the various nationalities enjoying the spectacle.

Very beautiful. A bit crowded, but what can you do, Rome is quite popular. It may be worth your while to visit in the off-hours.

What an amazing piece of architecture - the flow of water is wonderful. Very busy but you can still get great photos.
