We arrived early but Max had already prepared our room, to enable us to check in. He helped us with our bags and cases, done the usual health and safety speal, and left us to it.

Max was so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home. He even helped print of bus tickets for when we left.

The room was spotlessly clean, nice decor and the bathroom modern, clean and fitted with a good power shower.

Breakfast was just up the end of the street, laid on by a local cafe, but limited to simply one sandwich or croissant with coffee, however this was no real problem as there is plenty to eat around the city.

The walk from the train terminus was only 10mins and there is a huge food produce market just around the corner.

My wife and I feel that the whole experience deserves 5 stars and we would urge anyone in two minds to go for it, as it was perfect.

My wife and I relied on Tripadvisor reviews to choose good accommodation for our three-night stay in Rome - and this B & B did not disappoint in any way. It's the first time we've visited a city without needing to find a tourist office, as the owner couldn't have been more helpful in sharing his knowledge of the city, including good local restaurants and less well-known churches to see. He not only advised us on how best to visit the Vatican museums, he also reserved a place online for us, so we didn't have to queue for tickets. The accommodation is exactly as all the most favourable reviews have described it. Highly recommended!

Very nice owners, good location, rooms of good quality. We stayed here three nights. The rooms were cleaned properly every day. The breakfast was as we liked in the nearby Bar. The owners recommended very good restaurants where we had dinner. We are glad that we picked up the B&B for our stay in Rome.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here- rooms are spacious and comfortable, owners are lovely and friendly, we got breakfast included which was in a bar/cafe over the road - there was lots of choice in what we could have. Great stay, would reccomend.

Being near Termini is convenient, but not super nice. Luckily this place is adorable. Decorated in vintage movie posters. A little fridge, sink, and coffee maker for the rooms to share. Private bathroom. Nice cold AC. Our room, and I think most rooms, are on ground level. Max, one of the owners was always enthusiastic and helpful.
