“Good food, good service, reasonable prices”
Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

This place was recommended to us by some locals and we were not disappointed. I had raviolly and salad, and my sister opted for another salad and meat with a glass of house wine. Everything was quite tasty and they were nice enough to slightly amend the dishes according to our preferences.

Thank Yyalllo

“Right price, great food, great service”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

My fiance and I are currently living near the Spanish Steps and find that every restaurant has the same touristic prices no matter how good or bad the food is. Lorel in the World was an exception. Decent prices and good food with a really nice atmosphere and great service. We came pretty late, around 10pm but the waiter was happy to serve us and even let us sit upstairs even though there was no one else up there. He dutifully climbed those stairs several times and was very attentive. The decor is cute, with chandeliers and classic painting copies, cloth tablecloths and napkins. The pizza I ordered was HUGE (although thin crust-which I prefer) and was only 8 or 9 euros. The only food we weren't impressed with was one of the fritti appetizer we got. The olive ascolane, mini arancini and fior di zucca were good, but the fried potato thing was substandard. They even had free after dinner dark chocolates at the pay counter, you don't see that much anymore! I think we will be returning.

“A lucky choice”
Reviewed January 14, 2013

A rainy October day we fled into this restaurant to avoid the rain and to get some lunch. Situated nearby the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fontain, I didn't expect too much from this restaurant, but it looked nice and not over priced. We were surprised. We got delicious food and there were no "tourist prices" here. We sat upstairs in a very nice room and the service was good as well. Next time in Rome we will have a dinner at this restaurant.

A nice little restaurant that is close to the Spanish Steps. Rather inexpensive and the food is very good. Nice atmosphere and a good wine selection.

“Good food reasonable prices”

Very satisfied with the foods. But don't go for the desserts and caffe, those were average. But pizzas are quite big and delicious.
