“A must do”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2014

We went last year when we were in Rome and it was fantastic way to spend a day. The food was great and you learn how to make it. Everyone had something to do and it was a laid back experience. The wine tasting was excellent and worth the extra euros. I would do it again if I was back in Rome.

“Must do in Rome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2014 via mobile

So I totally forgot to review this class...We took this class in November 2013 and it was an awesome experience. The chef is not only patient and kind, he kept us laughing the entire day. It was great meeting other travelers and learning the inside scoop on cooking in Rome....this class is a must for anyone visiting Rome

“Really fun day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2014

Chef Andrea is just wonderful. Leant all about Italian regions and food origins and then cooked 4 courses. We did pumpkin flowers stuffed with mozzarella and eggplant or mozzarella and Parma then beer battered and fried and served with a southern style tomato pesto. Then a fresh tomato sauce and cavatelli pasta. Then chicken in peppers with rosemary potatoes. Then tiramisu. It was all absolutely wonderful and all things we can for sure accomplish now at home. And the best but is eating it all at the end lol. Such fun. Thanks chef!

“Wonderful way to experience the magic of Rome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2014

We just came from a delightful six hour cooking class with Chef Andrea! He first told us about the food culture of Rome and Lazio. We then went into the kitchen and he taught us how to make delicious tomato sauce, home made pasta, scallopini, a cherry ricotta tart, deep fried pumpkin blossoms and zucchini. Everything was made from scratch and local, seasonal ingredients! We then sat down to a delicious meal, paired with four wines. Chef was able to accommodate dietary needs, such as no pork, nut allergies, dairy intolerance, all with good humor. We were definitely in a food coma by the end of the day but well worth it. This is an experience not to be missed but you need to make reservations ahead.

“Cooking Classes in Rome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2014

Loved it! What a great day - a highlight of our trip to Italy. Chef Andrea is a delight. And he sets it up so that you get to know the other people you are cooking with for the day and everyone has a grand time. And the food was unbelievably delicious.
