“Brilliant! Friendly, helpful and clean”
Reviewed January 22, 2012

Upon arrival we were shown to our clean spacious contemporary room. We were early but they let us in so we could have a little power nap!
When we woke the guy was there to take our payment and draw quite ellaborate instructions on a map on how to get to the main sights.
One day I realised I had lost our boarding passes and they let me use their laptop and printer to print them out. When I'd finished we were given coffee and a yoghurt!! We were asked what kind of water we wanted in the room and constantly offered coffee and tea.
Rooms are spacious and very clean and cleaned each day.
The only downside is that there is no sign for the hotel so keep a lookout for the number 92.
A real bargain, highly recommended!

This was a surprising delight! We did not expect the hotel to be so charming! It was very clean and had an extremely friendly atomsphere. Had the best welcome that you would not get from a huge hotel chain. The guy took time with us to highlight key areas to visit and ways to get there.
Breakfast was lovely too.
Location was also good, not as cemtral as some hotels but walking distance to trevi fountain and other key attractions. Also walking distance to bus stop and underground.
Had a great stay and would stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights at the Imperial Suite during July. The rooms were very clean and had a nice modern minimalist design. Additionally, the rain shower head was an amazing way to cool down after being out all day in the Roman sun. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Also, this hotel is located in a cool part of town that is close to the Borghese gardens and away from the tourists. It is walkable to many attractions (and the termini) if you are into that or you can easily take the bus anywhere in town. The only downside to this hotel was that the breakfast was not very good (= sweetened hot dog buns and sweaty cheese), and the air-conditioning was pathetic - it turned off whenever you weren't in your room and took a long time to cool down once it was back on.

Our stay at the imperial suite was delightful. On arrival the guy on reception couldn't have been more helpful - took us through the best sites to see and made us coffee. Even offered us breakfast in bed! The room was lovely, very modern - looked just like we'd seen on the internet site. I'd definitely recommend a stay here and if we do go back to Rome would almost certainly stay here.
It's a little bit away from the centre which means you have to take the bus/metro but when the public transport is so cheap this is a non-issue.
Overall in fact the Italian people in general were really friendly, I was extremely impressed by the country and can't wait to sample the rest of it.

Whatever the name is : boutique hotel, hostel, 3*/4* hotel it is irrelevant.I say this because after staying at Imperial Suite we moved in another area to a so called 3* Hotel with a higher price/night and with lower conditions. So a few words about Imperial Suite....Damian, the owner, welcomed us with the map of Rome, advice where to eat and he was very friendly. It can be seen it's a family hotel because they tried to make your stay nice and they were not indifferent to your needs. The rooms were modern, very clean, spacious and the bathroom very clean. The noise, yes you could hear things but we could hear noises at the Hotel where we moved afterwards. The breakfast was fresh and good. In the beginning we thought it's a light one but in fact this is what they serve you in most Italian Hotels and this is what Italians eat in the morning.
Close to the metro + free Wifi in the rooms (not to easy to find in hotels in Rome)!
If we'll visit again Rome we will definitely stay all our holiday at Imperial Suite.

Great hotel ideally located at 10 minutes of termini station (walking) or 5 minutes by bus.
Inside a common building at the 5th floor, the hotel was revamped recently in 8-10 rooms.
The hotel is near Porta Pia station, deserved by a lot of bus lines.
For example, we were near to Fontana di trevi or Piazza Navona, and in 15 minutes at midnight we were arrived by bus at our room ...

The employee is really nice, free wifi.

The negative point could be the breakfast too simple, without fresh bread, bacon or eggs...
