“Excellent restaurant, no tourist location”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

Very nice, small restaurant with Italian (Sardinian) specialities. Staff is very friendly, food is excellent and I recommend it if you want to eat real Italian food and no "tourist menu".

“nice, but long time to be served”
Reviewed August 20, 2012

we had a fish appetize for two... we had to cancel what we ordered after as the appetize was a full meal.
Nice but too slow.
some dishes (typical from sardinia like Maialino, agnello etc.) needs to be booked one day in advance.
good value for money
nice enviroment

“Real personality from Sardinia!”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

Everything Sardinian here and staff who really care that you have a lovely evening. The food is served beautifully and there is a great selection of wines and beers. Only the owner speaks really good English, so be a little careful when ordering to ensure you are understood!

“Over average”
Reviewed July 6, 2012 via mobile

Although the service was unimaginably slow (we waited 20 minutes for check), the food was so delicious that I couldn't give them a 3 star rating. We ate a grilled beef and fillet and filled our bellies with perfect Sardinian dish. The prices are not reasonable in my opinion (unlike other comentators) so you may prefer to go there for lunch and get a menu at a discounted price. 50€ for 2 people is not reasonable for backpackers like us.

“Hidden Gem”
Reviewed February 3, 2012

Although this restaurant is on quite a main road, to us as tourists it seemed like a great find as we were wandering around our somewhat dodgy neighbourhood, very hungry, looking for something other than takeaway pizza, when we stumbled across Bentu & Soi.

We were made to feel very welcome, and had the pleasure of trying an array of Sardinian dishes and drinks. I particularly enjoyed my plate of grilled seafood.

For an unplanned meal, our evening at Bentu and Soi ended up being one of the most memorable of our trip to Europe.
