This has been my worst experience with indian food so far,I asked for Chichen Korma, wich is not on the menu, the weitress said no problem We can prepare it for you, great... Untill I was presented with some dish I never saw before, (I lived in London and I know what chichen Korma looks like and tastes) this was something invented to please me, after complaining to the weitress she said that she could do nothing and that I needed to talk to one of the cooks, fine, I wated some time till one came out a askef me what was wrong, I explaned, his answer was that that was chicken korma, I insisted against, at this point he offers to replace the dish with something of my liking, Great I ordered a chinken tikka roll NOT SPICEY, needless to say it was so spicey to the point of not edible! We paid the check and went without any

I am from England, UK and was recommended to this place as one of the owners is from London, UK. The best way to get there is to take a Metro Line A and either get off at Termini or Re Di Roma and it's about a 10 minute walk. You can probably get a bus as well. I went there to check it out with the idea of having a get together with some friends. When I got there I was greeted by Ben (from UK) and Massimo (from Italy) and they were both extremely friendly. They have a very good selection of beers including several Indian beers amongst others. The place is very art-deco, hip, Andy Warhol style which is a refreshing change from the normal Indian type places. The other thing is that the food is a selection from both North and South India which is unusual to find in one place and I have not found any others like this in Rome yet (I'm not saying there aren't any). I have visited many Indian restaurants in Rome but none that have Southern Indian food yet! In addition to the combination of both Northern and Southern India food is the fact that the emphasis is on a very creative interpretation on Indian food. It is both modern and extremely tasty. The emphasis is definitely on aromatic taste and flavours versus spicyness where it can be hard to really taste the flavours.

I found the food to be very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

I have been eating Indian food for along time having come from the UK and I plan to go back very shortly with my friends.

Unfriendly staff- language barrier does not need to mean lack of smile! Unhelpful when it came to choosing from the menu- being vegetarian has never been a problem when eating Indian before. Daal was pit in curry section so thought would be bigger and more flavoursome but it was only a side portion. We paid quickly and left before our holiday mood completely disappeared!
