Alberto is very nice and maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the b and b. We felt free to wonder in and out as we wished but Alberto could be contacted if needed. For the money it is a bargin and it's location means you are in easy reach of all the major sites quickly. (the Vatican is probably the only place you would need to use public transport for but the metro stop is close so no issues with that either). Just one tip: if you are coming and want to save some money then don't get the train, which is around €28, each return, but get the bus. Don't however buy tickets on the plane for €11, because these are tickets to the centre, purchase them in the terminal building (follow the signs to the bus stops inside the terminal and you will see a stall selling tickets). The company is called atral but the posters in the hall say terravision. The return bus costs €8 each will take you to termini, these buses are not effected by strikes and run from 6.30 to 21.50 from the airport the returns run inbetween. They have a website if you type in terrovision into a serach engine you will get to it.
