Well this was absolutely superb. Luca and his son were beyond kind and helpful, welcoming and attentive.
Great location, the room was perfectly adequate, and in a safe neighbourhood.
Our trip to Rome was wonderful. However footsore and weary, we were relieved to return here knowing Luca had made reservations for dinner at nearby restaurants, which was great. Just what we needed.
Thank you Luca for the glass of bubbly, we forgot to do so while we were there. Delicious.
Quite honestly, if you can get a room here, you can relax knowing that your trip to Rome will be memorable.

The suites could not easily accommodate my large family, so Luca arranged for us to stay in an apartment building he owns and rents out in Trastevere. It was clean and so much better than I had expected, it was in a fabulous location and we really got the full Italian experience. Luca and Andrea went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. They made us feel like family in a foreign city. I stayed in 6 different countries and I consider this to be the best accommodations in Europe.

Room Tip: If you have a family of more than 4..ask about the apartments. Its a great value

This B&B is a little gem hidden away in a classical appartment building. It made a lovely change from hostelling which we had been doing for the past 3 weeks backpacking around Europe to be welcomed personally and helped to our room with our huge bags. The room was a generous size with nice touches such as tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi which we found uncommon in Italy. Andrea was very helpful in advising us what was worthwhile to visit in our 24 hours in Rome and accomodated our very early departure. The location is a lot more central than we realised, being only a few stops away from all of the main sites, but still had a neighbourhood feel. Our stay was the perfect rest-bite we needed, and hope to return to Rome soon.

I stayed at Rome Armony Suites with my friend from August 27th-30th 2013. We had a wonderful time! Andrea and his dad Luca are very helpful and they really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable. When my friend and I were going out for dinner one night in Rome, Luca called the restaurant for us to see if there was a table available. He also helped us plan our day of sightseeing in Rome. The rooms are very clean and modern looking (beds are also very comfortable).
The location is also great. The B&B is located in the Prati section of Rome which is a quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown area. The area is a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The B&B is about a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Rome. I will definately be back again next year!

This B&B is a wonderful and modern contrast to the classic surroundings. The entrance to the building faces Via Orazio and the B&B is located on the 3rd floor of that building. Unfortunately, we had a very difficult time finding it because there were no signs directing us towards the B&B. We were later told by the owner that he is having trouble getting the much needed sign because of a permit issue. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was spectacular. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and contained a very comfortable shower. For breakfast, we received vouchers for a local cafe called Brown & Co. where we were allotted one pastry and a coffee. Luca, the owner of the B&B, and his son were both very helpful and kind. Upon our arrival, they both spent quite a bit of time talking about Rome and providing details on how to go about getting to our destinations. They also mentioned some other areas we may be interested in visiting if we had the time. This B&B is an excellent base to explore Rome, with the metro stop only a few blocks away. Plenty of dining options are nearby and the neighborhood felt safe at all hours.

Luca’s kindness and attention to every detail far exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to Rome soon and stay at Luca’s B&B again. We strongly recommend it.

We stayed at The Rome Armony Suites for three nights in August. The day we arrived Luca had arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, a wonderful feeling even though our flight was delayed the driver was there. Luca met us at his place and gave us all the information we needed and when he found out it was our anniversary he made a reservation for us at a restaurant he recommended. The restaurant was exceptional, complete with champagne waiting for us compliments of Luca. His other restaurant recommendations were excellent and we were treated like family at them. We loved the area his B&B is located at. It was a quick walk to all the sights but we felt totally safe at any time of day or night. It is definitely a place where the locals live. His place for breakfast, Brown & Co is not only a place for a coffee and pastry but also a place for wine and and delicious complimentary snacks before dinner.
If we are ever to come back to Rome there is no where else we would stay. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable and loved the hardwood floors.

Room Tip: I can't imagine that there are any rooms that are not desirable.

This was a wonderful start to our 20th anniversary trip. We selected this property specifically due to TripAdvisor reviews and we were more than thrilled with the result. From the moment that the driver brought us to the Armony Suites, we were treated like royalty! Luca was waiting for us outside to greet us. He also gave us a wonderful bottle of Chianti to help us celebrate.

Not enough space to write how wonderful this was. Luca provided great recommendations on nearby restaurants and great touristy/non-touristy places to visit.

I travel for a living and stay in very nice hotels -- I can be picky but I was really impressed with the cleanliness; the water every day; the air conditioning, mini-fridge, etc.

Mostly, Luca treated us like a family member. He wanted to be sure we were enjoying his city. The kindest thing that he did was to escort us (via his motorbike) out of Rome in our rental car so that we wouldn't get lost. We have already recommended friends to stay (they stayed at Luca's other location) and they were thrilled as well. Thank you!
