We came here because of the TripAdvisor reviews and the location, close to where we are staying. We both had the fennel salad (very fresh, and refreshing with the citrus), and then one of us had grilled orata, and the other baccala. Both were absolutely first-rate, and seafood is often the truest test of a restaurant. Because I have read reviews here of restaurants that take advantage of tourists, I will note that I asked the host for his recommendation between the baccala and the grilled veal, which was more expensive. He didn't hesitate to recommend the less expensive baccala. For contorni, we shared simple grilled vegetables (nice but not special), and a steamed cauliflower with olive oil that was exceptional given its simplicity. For dessert we shared a millefoglia. The pastry and cream were excellent, but I found the raspberry sauce too sweet and too much. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
