Unfortunately, you didn't tell us about that during a stay in hotel, otherwise, we would address it right away with a front desk 2) one group excursion that was planned during a trip had more people than the supplier advertised, due to emergency with one of the guides, and we provided full refund for a tour, 3) we booked 2 family rooms for you in Rome, and the hotel has a different family rooms outlay (not identical). Hotel staff can confirm that both are family rooms, and that is what shown on the hotel website. Your trip consists of 29 different elements, including hotels, guides, tickets, transportation and more. All of them were delivered as planned, except for the group tour, which was delivered for more people than it was supposed to by the local supplier, and we provided a refund for it.
