We stayed here as a couple in February and were very pleased with our hotel choice. The staff are incredibly helpful, they gave us advice and directions to popular tourist spots and even booked restaurants we had tracked down on trip advisor that we couldn't book ourselves online. The hotel itself is modern and clean, we were situated on the ground floor which initially I was disappointed about. I imagined it would be very loud and that the view wouldn't be great, which it wasn't, but as for noise we were only woken up early on the morning we were due to depart. I was slightly disappointed that they couldn't give us a room on a higher floor, they said there was no other rooms, but surely the hotel wasn't fully booked in February? Nevertheless it didn't really matter ..

It was in a pretty quiet location but within walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Colosseum etc which was perfect for us. The only place we had to get the metro to was Vatican City but the metro was much easier than I expected and the hotel staff gave us a map and advice on how to get there.
The room was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Huge wardrobes, mini fridge, safe included and modern bathrooms with fresh towels every day. There's great amenities too, vending machines with soft drinks, alcohol and snacks, also an ice machine, gym and a roof terrace. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Dear Guests,

Thank you so much for your review! We are glad that your overall experience with us was very positive and especially that you have found our staff to be polite and keen to help you in your requests.

As for your note on your room, we are sorry that at the beginning you were disappointed with the assignment; however we would only like to confirm that the ground floor room was in fact the room you had booked from the beginning. Moreover, it worries us that you had the impression that we were lying to you regarding the fact that we were fully committed on your day of arrival. As a matter of fact it is only on rare occasions that we have rooms still available.
Just to reassure our future customers, we would only like to confirm that our first goal is to make our guests’ stay the most enjoyable one. We normally assign rooms as for the booking made, however, in case we have some empty rooms, we are more than glad even to upgrade. Unfortunately, in most cases is very difficult because we really are full throughout the year. Nevertheless, we are always ready to listen to our guests’ needs and try to find the best possible solution for them.

Clarified this, we are happy to understand that in the end your concerns about the noise were put aside and that you in fact enjoyed very much your room’s lay out and our hotels facilities. We truly hope to have you back soon as our guests, and maybe next time we will be able to assist you directly during the booking process so to suggest an even better accommodation which could suit your requirements.

It was clean and very nice. We had one room at the first floor. The garbage truck came to pick up the garbage the first night, so it was a little noisy, but the second night was perfect. Everybody was very nice, helpful and polite. It was very close to the train station and to the metro. You could walk there. Also the first day we did not use any transportation. We just walked everywhere.

Very comfortable room and great location for touring the city. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Some lovely restaurants nearby, ask the reception staff for some great tips on places to eat. Really handy for the main station and express train to/from airport.

Stayed for 3 nights in Feb and was really pleased with the hotel. Fantastic location. Hotel is everything that their website says. No frills but it has everything that you need. Very modern and very new. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for three nights and can't fault this hotel at all. If I'm picky I would say the walk to the central attractions is a bit far (20 mins if you are very quick, really more like 30mins much of it uphill on the way back) and we did take cabs more often then if we'd stayed closer but it was worth it! The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are gluten free and they even went and bought us corn and rice cakes to have with the already bountiful breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I am lucky enough to return to Rome.
