We stayed in the second building which was newly renovated. The room was modern in style and very well designed with great use of space. The bathroom was large and comfortable with separate shower and bath also designed in a modern spa-like look with mosaic tiles. The location is hard to beat close to both via condotti and piazza del popolo and the Tiber. Although not inexpensive, it is a great value considering the location and the comfort of the room, a hard combination to find in Rome. I can't forget to mention Sanaya and the staff who is very helpful and friendly. And of course, a nespresso machine in the room and bottled water and Wi-fi --- all free!!! This should be a standard at every hotel!
We did not get a chance to go to the rooftop, but I hope to do so when I return!

This was the perfect hotel for several reasons. The Hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and had our room ready for a very early check in. Its location near the Spanish steps is ideal. Although the room was a little bit small it was very well designed. The bathroom was excellent. We really enjoyed the in room espresso maker. Every hotel should have these. They also provided free bottled water. The roof top garden was the perfect place for breakfast, to enjoy a complementary late afternoon drink or just relax. They also recommended two very good restaurants for us. My only negative comment is that they were the only hotel out of 6 who charged for breakfast. The website needs to make it clear that breakfast is not included.

Having read the good reviews of this hotel we can only confirm that it was a great Boutique Hotel. Everything thing from cleaning, reception staff and pre dinner drinks. Most of all we liked the room standard and comfort. I don't you can find other affordable suites in central Rome with this contemporary, home feeling standard.

Lovely little boutique hotel very close to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. We stayed in the building across the street from the main part of the hotel where they have suites. Everything was quite new, with all the things you want (elevator, bathrobes, fully stocked mini bar...you know what I mean). You really can walk to almost anything you want to see, or wander over to the piazza and hop into a taxi. Best thing by far was the staff, especially one young woman who was there interning I believe, as part of her studies. I can't recall her name - but she was fantastic - help arranging airport pick up, spot on restaurant recommendations, help buying train tickets - all the staff seemed lovely but she was a stand out for us. We'd definitely stay there again.

The room was cool, quiet, clean and luxurious with steps up to our own private roof terrace where we could see the city and yet relax in peace.
The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. Claudia and Noura in the restaurant served us breakfast on the terrace and aperitifs in the evening as if we were valued friends.
Whilst the team at Reception led by Vincenzo, especially Benedict and Jai found us traditional places to eat and organised the bookings with calm efficiency as if nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel in in a brilliant location and we left with nothing but good memories and a feeling that we were in the best spot in Rome.
