I stayed at this hotel with my partner and mother for a week in a family room. The hotel itself is spotless, being less than two years old is well kept and maintained.

The room was very spacious, the bed was super super king size with a very firm mattress. The room was almost like a flat layout, a small hall, with the bedroom and toilet situated off from there with a door separating each. The toilet is modern, big with a jacuzzi function integrated into the bath/shower, which was a godsend after a long day exploring Rome.

The staff that we spoke with at the reception were extremely helpful and very quick to remedy any small problems or enquiries that we had during our visit.

The breakfast was of the usual continental type and was generally pretty good.

The location is not too central but is well connected to all the major attractions with regular buses outside the hotel. Service 105 is just 7 bus stops from termini.

Overall a very pleasant stay that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: Ask for a courtyard room.

Pigneto is a hip and happening suburb about 20 minutes out of central Rome but its an easy bus ride that takes you straight to Termini. We were actually more than happy to experience the changing face of this dynamic suburb. The open fruit and veg market in the morning with the older demographic of the neighbourhood shopping and catching up with friends over coffee and then, after dark, the youth explode into the pedestrian mall where bars and cafes adorn the pavements and people spill out and hang. Yes, there is graffiti everywhere, which may be off putting for some, but the graffiti is really clever and worth admiring for what it is. Some really fabulous restaurants and bars can be found in this area. Do some research and check them out. If you want to experience another face of Rome and you've seen central Rome, then I really suggest you come here. And this hotel is one of the few places you can stay at in the area where you are just a few steps from all the action. And there is a very safe car park, for those who are brave enough to be challenged by the Rome traffic!

Room Tip: Location of rooms is a bit confusing, ask to be close to the elevator to avoid getting lost.

I was in Rome for a one day conference and was staying on for a few days. For the extra days, I had decided to move to another hotel closer to the centre of Rome. The distance from most of the attractions of Rome is probably the biggest dowside for this hotel.
The confefence was basedat the Roma Aeterna, which provided good facilities for a small confefence.
The room was a standard modern room, but there was only one robe, which seemed a little strange for a double room.
The food and bar were acceptable, but the bar closed quite early which led to most of he residents visiting the street behind the hotel for late night drinks.
I have to mention that the hotel is classed as 4 star, but the facilities are more 3.5 star. I would definitely say that the staff are 5 star. They were always helpful and all had a welcoming smile.

We stayed her for 4 nights in October.
The room was large, clean and really comfortable,.
The bathroom was great with a lovely spabath to wallow in.
The internet was free and fast.
We had dinner in the resteraunt one night and the food was superb.
We had one breakfast and the choice was good, but it was a tad pricey for what you got.
The majority of the staff were friendly and efficient and they printed our train tickets for us with no fuss
There were a couple of negatives (1) There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and you would expect to have them in a 4 star establishment. (2) We were really put out and annoyed when on our last morning we didn't want breakfast, we just wanted a cup of coffee and the person on the desk told us that we couldn't just have coffee we had to buy a full breakfast or go and find a coffee shop out on the street, that was beyond the pale, I was really cross to be told to go find my own coffee as a paying guest I'm sure a cup of coffee would have been forthcoming, they do after all have coffee machines in the building.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the central courtyard as they are very quite.

1) there was no coffee or tea maker in the room normally it's there in every hotel .. When I called restaurant they told me it will be chargeable ....

2) I require some ice cubes in my room so the restaurant people told me for delivering the ice in the room will cost u 6 € & if you come to pick up in restaurant than no charge... It was funny but it was little shocking that the hotel is so desperate to charge their guest they don't realize that we are paying bomb amount to stay...

The hotel in itself is quite nice, modern and clean. Unfortunately is the hotel nearby a train station, which cause some noise, also during the nights. It is easy, though it takes a while to use the public transport to the city center, so those who wants to stay close to the attractions should consider another hotel. Various service level from staff, from rude to very pleasant. Especially the breakfast staff was very unpleasant. The bar area close to the hotel is very nice. Mostly locals, and several nice places to both dine and drink.

Room Tip: Ask for a room far away from the train line.
