I had dinner at the restaurant Estrobar, taking advantage of their "menù di degustazione" (sample menu). Not only was I full at the end of the meal, with every dish that was served, I was pleasantly surprised by the display of the food on the plate as well as the heavenly taste of each dish. The chef has done a good job in combining ingrediants that one wouldn't normally unite. For example, the "carbonara tartufata" was surprisingly astonishing!! Who would ever have thought to put carbonara together with truffles!! Sublime!!
Another plus to the restaurant is its atmosphere. The art work present, the architectual design of the bar and the tables, together with the selection of music makes for a relaxing yet fun evening out in Rome.
