Francesca was very helpful, there is a billed shuttle service from/to airport or train station. It's very close to Vaticano and to a subway station. They also can sell you Roma Passes and manage reservations.

It's a bed and breakfast indeed, small room, Spartan but welcome breakfast, cleaning service could've been better. Split ans silent air conditioning.

And then... we have the smallest shower box/square I have ever been.

Tripping alone, I would consider Quo Vadis again, but my mother still has bad memories of that bathroom.

Among the thousand choices in Rome, we are happy we stayed at the Quo Vadis. The location is perfect! Our room was a little small, the bathroom a little tight. The bed was confortable, sheets clean and laundry smelly, fresh towels everyday. For 3 nights was very okay. And it was a back view room.We had a nice inner garden view which made the room very quiet and relaxing. Not to mention it is located in a old-style Italian condominium. It made us feel like living in a typical Italian place.
Francesca is really as friendly as other reviewers already mentioned. Good price, superb location. Super reccomended!

My daughter & I were in Rome for a few days & Francesca was the best! She helped us in a pinch when we needed a room for extra days & tickets to the Vatican museum & provided us 'inside' tips for avoiding some of the tourist hassles of Rome. The room we had was well maintained & close to Vatican City so it was very convenient for us. We also had plenty of great eating places nearby & even a bank ATM nearby when we needed extra cash for sight seeing. She's a great host (as well as Eddie her co-host) & it's a nice place to stay at when you're trying to get close to the Rome destinations.

As a group of college kids studying in Italy, we were surprised by how affordable this bed and breakfast was (9 people spread across a double, triple, and a quad came to 24 euro per person per night after taxes) , with superior quality to the hostels we were originally looking for during our trip to Rome. From the onset, we knew our 2 night stay at QuoVadis would be the highlight of our European travels. Check-in time was between 1100 and 1300, but as we took the midnight train, we arrived in Rome extremely early. Even though we entered the beautiful courtyard at 930, we were immediately greeted by the owner, Francesca, who showed us every aspect of our rooms, and made sure we had maps of the city before helping us figure out where we should visit and when. The double bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, while the triple and quad and private baths down the hall. All the beds and bathrooms were clean and looked newly remodeled, with fresh sheets, extra blankets and towels, and cable tv provided and breakfast was always ready for the next morning in the rooms (though it was just prepackaged pastries, toast, tea, and coffee) , and we were given tickets to get a small breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The only problems came from the bathrooms, as one of the toilets had a small leak, one of the sinks dripped water, and the hot water came and went if multiple showers were going, but the rooms and baths were cleaned every day, and we always felt safe leaving our things there, as we needed 4 keys to enter the building. Overall, QuoVadis is a great choice for anyone looking to stay in Rome for the price of a student hostel while having the amenities of a pricey hotel. Could not be happier, and definitely will stay there again!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Italy and Quovadis was our second destination. Francesca (hostess) is very friendly and gave us maps, coupons, reccomendations and "secret" tips. We used the b&b as our base for our three days in Rome and it worked a treat, mainly due to its proximity to the Vatican and the metro station. The breakfast scenario is a little unusual, but it did not bother us. You can either eat your breakfast in your room or have breakfast at a caffe next to the vatican, we ate in the room and it was good for us. Bed was very comfortable and space in bedroom and bathroom was sufficient. And there is a nicely positioned tv in the room. The only thing I felt was missing was a small communal area where breakfast could be eaten or just to lounge around in. We could hear our neighbours chatting and their movement, which I later realised was common place in our venues in Italy. Thank you Francesca for a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Ask for the room which looks out onto Vatican City
