Good creative menu. I had pizza with sweet gongonza and pears. I couldn't imagine how it would be and it was delicious. All our plates were excellent

Great menu, fair price for area, difficult to find without a map. Excellent food and a varied menu with some eclectic dishes. The zucchini and ricotta appetizer and tagliatelle were amazing.

“Excellent food on quiet street around corner from Trevi!”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

Picked this place for lunch near Trevi Fountain based on reviews from Trip Advisor and was not disappointed! Fairly standard prices (8-10 Euro for starters, firsts, salads, pizzas, 12-20 for second course), but food was outstanding, and service was very good as well. Best gnocchi I've had (extremely light and fluffy) and pizza choices were inventive and tasty (mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and pear).

“Great little restaurant steps away from Trevi fountain”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

Not sure how could the reviews for this restaurant be other than absolutely great, but, "de gustibus non est disputandum" could be my only explanation. We stayed in Rome for a week and had dinner here twice. Yes, the service at one point was a bit slower, but, as tourists, we were in no rush, so I would not give it a lower rating for that reason. Also, it was August, a lot of other places were closed, so Spiriti was packed. After our first dinner, we immediately booked the place for the next evening. The owner is enthusiastic and seems to be passionate about food. All the dishes were superb - classic with an unusual, but tasty twist.
